HireSide Content

Content available on the HireSide website must be only used for your personal and non-commercial use. Every single content (Text, UI, or others) is property of Verge System,
Inc and is protected under trademark, copyright, and other United States Laws.
Reproducing, copying content, creating similar platform/software, and/or copying/adapting codes is prohibited.

Use of HireSide

You must be 18 years or older to use HireSide services.

HireSide services must be used by people who are seeking employment or employers who are seeking employees. You as a user are responsible for maintaining and sharing your personal information. You must keep your password secure, HireSide will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password. You cannot use HireSide for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Any worms/viruses, or code of a destructive nature is an act of violation under the law. Use of robots or data scrapping or any extraction software/tool is prohibited. HireSide reserves the right to terminate your account in case of a breach or violation of our terms and conditions and reserves the right to refuse this service to anyone without providing any reasons.

Any act of violation is prohibited. HireSide may investigate and can evolve local law
enforcement authorities.

Terms of use for employers

Employers are responsible to create job posts and are not responsible for any recruitment decisions. If you as an employer can see the job post that is not created by you, that means the job post might have been collected by third-party publicly available websites, in case of misleading or wrong information, the employer must contact the HireSide team by sending an email to info[@]hireside.com.
As an Employer, the following things are prohibited and may result in a permanent banned or act of violation,
  1. Any unauthorized external links
  2. Misleading, irrelevant, false content (Job Description, experience, etc.)
  3. Material that can exploit jobs seekers
  4. Sell, advertise and/or promote any company
  5. Promote racial discrimination
  6. Any scheme jobs (Such as Pyramid Scheme)

Terms of use for job seekers

You as a job seeker are responsible to apply for the job and the respective company may or may not contact you depending on the contact information you have entered, HireSide is not involved in any recruiting stage.You must be 18 years or older to use the services as HireSide does not promote child labor.HireSide reserves the right to ban you by any means in case of a breach or violation of our terms and conditions.

HireSide can collect your data from the third-party application when you try to use Single Sign-On (SSO) option, just to create your profile. We may collect others’ personal information when you choose to share the website’s content with your friends, family, etc. The information which you or the person to whom the content has been shared will be temporarily stored in our database.

Never share your personal information such as account credentials, credit card information, or
bank account details with any prospective employer.
