We're Hiring: Talent Specialist We are seeking a proactive Talent Specialist to support international recruitment across the US, Canada, India, and LATAM. The role focuses on sourcing technical talent, building candidate pipelines, maintaining talent databases, and engaging candidates for future opportunities. The ideal candidate has at least one year of technical sourcing or recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with sourcing tools and international hiring

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Technical Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Source technical talent across the US, Canada, India, and LATAM.
  • Build pipelines for Software Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers, and other IT professionals.
  • Conduct market research using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and other platforms.
  • Engage active and passive candidates for future opportunities.

2. Talent Pool Development & Database Management

  • Build and maintain organized talent pools by skill set, experience, and location.
  • Track candidate skills, location, compensation expectations, availability, work preferences, and employment type.
  • Keep candidate records accurate and updated in the ATS, CRM, or sourcing tracker.
  • Follow up with candidates to confirm their interest and availability while maintaining data privacy.

3. Collaboration with Recruitment & Account Teams

  • Coordinate with recruiters to understand technical requirements and sourcing priorities.
  • Identify suitable candidates from existing talent pools.
  • Share candidate profiles and key details, including skills, availability, location, and compensation expectations.
  • Support targeted sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.

4. International Market & Hiring Model Awareness

  • Develop knowledge of technical talent markets across the US, Canada, India, and LATAM.
  • Understand full-time employment and independent contractor IC hiring models.
  • Learn common salary and contract rate structures, currencies, and regional pay practices.
  • Maintain basic awareness of work authorization and sponsorship requirements across target markets.


Location: Islamabad

Timings: 5:45pm till 2:15am (Hybrid)

Requirements

Must have

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical sourcing, technical recruitment, or talent acquisition preferably in international recruitment markets, particularly the US, Canada, India, and/or LATAM.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn RPS, Indeed, Monster, Dice, or comparable sourcing platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Boolean search techniques, candidate mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Familiarity with candidate databases, ATS/CRM platforms, and talent pipeline management.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
